Ashley Vidale, MSN, BSN, RN is a visionary healthcare leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist whose dedication to empowering others through wellness, service, and education has left an indelible mark on the Mahoning Valley. As Chief Executive Officer of Sapphire Aesthetics and Wellness, Ashley has fused clinical excellence with entrepreneurial innovation, creating a space where confidence, care, and community converge.

With a background as a board-certified Registered Nurse, Ashley began her healthcare journey in surgical nursing at Southwoods Surgical Hospital, where she spent six years delivering high-quality postoperative care. Her experience coordinating patient care, managing pain treatment, and educating families built the foundation for her next chapter — one rooted in aesthetics, wellness, and empowerment.

In 2021, Ashley launched Sapphire Aesthetics and Wellness, a premier medical spa that quickly became known for its patient-centered approach, clinical expertise, and luxury skincare treatments. Under her leadership, Sapphire has grown into a regional leader in the wellness space, offering evidence-based services designed to help individuals feel their best, inside and out. Her success has earned her the title of Celebrity Shark on the YBI Shark Tank (2024) and recognition with the Development of the Year Award from the Prosper Centre.

Ashley holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Ursuline College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hiram College. Her pursuit of continuous education, including specialized certifications in aesthetics, technology, and project management, reflects her commitment to both innovation and excellence.

Beyond business, Ashley is a dedicated servant leader. She is an active member of The Links, Incorporated, a nonprofit dedicated to enriching African American communities through service. Through her work with Highway Tabernacle, she helps distribute over 1,000 backpacks and free haircuts to children each year, and she organizes holiday gift drives for The Beatitude House, supporting families in need. She also participates in the Panerathon, supporting breast cancer awareness, and the African American Male Wellness Walk, promoting preventative care and education.

Ashley’s leadership has also extended into high-impact fundraising. As Chair of the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball in 2021, she helped raise awareness and support for heart health across the Valley.

​

Together with her husband, Terrill Vidale, Ashley embodies a spirit of excellence, service, and bold community leadership. She is not only creating a legacy in healthcare and aesthetics — she’s building a better, healthier, and more empowered future for the Mahoning Valley.
