Austin began his career at JFS as an intern in 2019 and quickly advanced to Client Relationship Specialist, before stepping into his current role. Today, he is responsible for the design, presentation, and implementation of customized financial goal plans, as well as portfolio management, new client onboarding, and business valuation data analysis. His rapid progression and strong leadership reflect not only his work ethic, but his dedication to excellence in every area of client service.

A graduate of Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business Administration, Austin earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and went on to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®). He is also a candidate for the prestigious Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA™) designation, demonstrating his commitment to supporting business owners through succession and transition strategies.
