Tyler Wolfe is a driven leader, entrepreneur, and aviation professional dedicated to excellence in both business and community impact. As the Co-Founder and Vice President of Elevate Aviation, a rising ground service provider for airlines and charter companies, Tyler is at the forefront of reshaping the aviation service industry. His company, founded in 2024, is committed to on-time operations, safety, and superior customer service, operating under the powerful slogan: "Your wings, our mission."

Tyler’s journey in aviation began in 2014, and over the years, he has built a reputation for strategic leadership, operational expertise, and developing high-performance teams. Before launching Elevate Aviation, he managed contracts for multiple airlines across various locations, progressing from a ramp agent to a regional manager and ultimately leading an entire division in ground handling.

Beyond his professional success, Tyler is deeply involved in leadership development and is a certified member of the Maxwell Leadership Team, where he applies John C. Maxwell’s principles to cultivate future leaders. His passion for mentorship and personal growth is evident in his role with the Mahoning Valley Young Professionals (MVYP), where he serves as a Board Member and Operations Chair. His latest project involves launching MVYP’s new website, creating a platform that enhances networking, member benefits, and engagement with local businesses.

Tyler is also known for his commitment to giving back. Through Elevate Aviation, he and his leadership team actively support community initiatives, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Crossway Family Church, and MVYP’s mission to develop young professionals.

With a vision for the next generation of leaders, Tyler embodies the idea that "It starts with us here at Mahoning Valley Young Professionals." As a 2025 MVYP 25 Under 35 honoree, his leadership, innovation, and dedication to community impact set him apart as a trailblazer in both the aviation industry and the Mahoning Valley.
