By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

MVYP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

MVYP does not sell your personal data. However, we share select data with partners to enhance your membership experience. For example, we share limited member information with:

• The Youngstown Publishing Company (The Business Journal): To provide relevant industry content, updates, and event notifications.

• The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber: To facilitate regional networking opportunities, community engagement, and professional growth.

• The shared data is limited to what is necessary to support these partnerships and enhance member benefits.

• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, no system is entirely foolproof, and MVYP cannot guarantee absolute data security.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Harassing, threatening, or defaming others.

• Uploading or sharing harmful or illegal content.

• Attempting to breach the Platform’s security.

MVYP reserves the right to terminate accounts engaging in prohibited behavior.

The content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MVYP or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. MVYP is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your interaction with these services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

Membership perks, discounts, and deals are subject to availability and terms set by the participating businesses. MVYP does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of third-party offers.

MVYP and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform or participation in MVYP programs, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MVYP, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Mahoning, Ohio.
