MVYP Honors Young Leaders at 16th Annual 2025 MVYP 25 Under 35 Awards

BOARDMAN, OH – Mahoning Valley Young Professionals (MVYP) celebrated the 16th annual 25 Under 35 Awards on Wednesday evening at The Lake Club, recognizing 25 young

professionals for their leadership, career success, and community involvement.

More than 350 guests attended the event, which continues to grow each year and highlights the talent and impact of young professionals in the Mahoning Valley. Three individuals were honored as MVPs for going above and beyond in both their careers and service to the community: Jessica Gaskell – Youngstown State University, Griffin Todd – HBK CPAs and Consultants, and Ashley Vidale – Sapphire Aesthetics and Wellness.

Keynote speaker YSU President Bill Johnson praised the honorees at the 2025 MVYP 25 Under 35 Awards for their dedication and leadership. “Leadership is not a title,” Johnson said. “It’s not about being in charge. It’s about affecting the outcome.” He emphasized that true leaders serve others and understand they are “in the people business.”
